Description
We offer specialist training in non-face-to-face (phone, email, Webchat, etc) listening and communication skills, and maintaining employee well-being. We give participants the tools to handle all types of interaction, especially the difficult ones - with methods for de-escalation and resolution – plus techniques for staff members to manage their own well-being.
We also offer relational and dynamic coaching to individuals. Our qualified coach specialises in helping people to move beyond a ‘stuck’ point in their lives.
